Management Training:
Currently we hire and train individuals for two positions within the company. The Associate Manager, who is primarily focused on Front-of-House operations, and the Assistant Kitchen Manager, who has a primary focus on Back-of-House operations. The management training consists of either a fourteen-week or a sixteen-week program, depending upon the primary focus of the position. These programs are executed within restaurant units that have been qualified specifically as training locations, and are supplemented with a week of management workshops at our main office. Our training is very interactive and progressive, with each segment building upon the information from the previous section. The programs are also global in their scope, incorporating both front and back of the house involvement for either position.
